Abstract

Organizations strive for the best performance of their human resources at the lowest risk. In this framework, a matrix model aimed at determining the risks originated in workforce performance is proposed. The mentioned model was developed based on the classic approach of Audit and Human Resources Management. Furthermore, the paper focuses on possible actions also based on those disciplines which have to be taken into account by organizations.
